Sea Love
I will lay you down in wet sands so soft As the seagulls watch us
from the clouds aloft Drinking in the suns warming rays Silent except
for the sounds of dolphins As they play The lapping tides tickling our
toes And the smell of tropical flowers tantalizing our nose I can see
you lying there, the water frolicking in your dark hair The shine of your
wet lips and the soothing of your green-eyed stare I smile as I melt into
your spell My heart grows and my loins begin to swell My eyes are fixed
upon your tan sweet skin And my mouth explores the places that have caused
men to sin Entangled now in a passionate embrace The sun, the moon, the
stars, all seem out of place Lightning flashes and muscles scream The
water in the sand around us begins to steam Like a lion and lioness on the
African plain We play out this pleasure, again, and still again Then as
the dusk gives way to the cool night air I run my fingers through your
tangled hair Looking deep into those eyes so bright Fills me with even
deeper delight Now we rest in a lovers knot lying spent in the sand
Gazing at one another with feelings we can't understand Holding so
tight we drift off to sleep, To the sound of our hearts together as one
beat The night sea with all its waves Was the only witness to the song
we have played.
